By accessing and using Puzzolve (puzzolve.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Puzzolve provides free online logic puzzles for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

Intellectual Property

The Puzzolve name, logo, and original puzzle designs are our intellectual property. The underlying puzzle types (Sudoku, Calcudoku, etc.) are traditional logic puzzles not owned by us.

You may not use our branding, trademarks, or original content without written permission.

User Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit become our property and may be used to improve the service without compensation or attribution.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Puzzolve is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
All puzzles will be solvable or correctly generated
Your game progress will be preserved indefinitely

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puzzolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Premium Services

If we offer premium paid features in the future:

Payments will be processed securely through third-party providers
Subscription terms and pricing will be clearly displayed
Refund policies will be outlined at the time of purchase
